Shipping policy

At notrace™, we’re committed to getting your order to you quickly, safely, and transparently.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order is processed, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your package ships. During high-demand periods such as promotions, product launches, or holidays, processing times may be slightly extended.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

We currently ship within the United States. Standard shipping typically takes 3–6 business days. Expedited shipping, when available, typically takes 2–3 business days. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking details so you can follow your package throughout delivery. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after shipment.

Shipping Delays

While we work hard to ensure timely delivery, notrace™ is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, or incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses. If your order appears delayed or stuck in transit, contact us and we’ll help investigate.

Incorrect Address & Undeliverable Packages

Please double-check your shipping address before completing checkout. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer may be responsible for reshipping costs.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or appears lost in transit, contact us at support@notracebeauty.com within 7 days of delivery or expected delivery. Please include your order number and photos if applicable so we can resolve the issue quickly.

International Shipping

At this time, notrace™ does not ship internationally. We’re actively working on expanding shipping options in the future.
